We invite you to join us for an afternoon filled with food, wine and Peruvian culture. Chef Francesca Ruiz of Los Cabos will be guiding you through a culinary adventure as she teaches you how to make traditional Peruvian cuisine. The menu will include Peruvian Ceviche with sweet potatoes, Peruvian-Style Paella with saffron rice, shrimp, chicken, red peppers and pork (a vegetarian option will also be available), Mango Mousse and Peruvian-Style Sangría
All tickets include the three-course meal, sangria and two glasses of wine.
You will receive recipe cards to take home so you can enjoy the taste of Peru all year long. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
