Give yourself the gift of time. A perfect mid-summer time out to recover, reset, and revere the season of abundance. Kate Reynolds, founding teacher for the Santa Fe Center for Mindfulness, will lead a day of meditation, gentle movement, and contemplation. We will observe social silence for the majority of the retreat. Retreat days are Kate's favorite days, and she loves all the company she can get! This is a simple retreat day. Participants will need to bring a sack lunch of ready to eat food, and any desired yoga mats, meditation cushions, blankets, pillows, etc. Chairs for sitting practices will be available and encouraged. We will spend time indoors and outdoors.Upon registration, full details will be sent, you will have all the information (and more) to help you feel prepared. This retreat is perfect for imperfect meditators with a handle on the basics. It is a wonderful day to reaquaint yourself with your practice, to go a little deeper, to hang our with your mindfulness friends, and to be loved into a good mood by poetry and nature.
